Nussbaum is seeking an OTR Dry Van Company Driver to join its team in Sappington, Saint Louis County. This is a full‑time, over‑the‑road position hauling dry van freight across regional and national routes.

What You'll Do

• Operate a tractor‑trailer combination in compliance with DOT regulations
• Perform pre‑trip, en‑route, and post‑trip inspections of equipment
• Secure and monitor cargo to prevent damage or loss
• Maintain accurate logs of hours of service, mileage, and fuel usage
• Communicate regularly with dispatch and provide updates on delivery status
• Follow all company safety policies and report any mechanical issues promptly
• Plan routes to meet scheduled pickup and delivery windows

What We're Looking For

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Verifiable experience operating dry van equipment in an OTR environment
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and meet all medical qualification standards
• Strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and professional conduct
• Good communication skills and a team‑oriented attitude
• Willingness to be away from home for extended periods as required by the schedule

Compensation and Benefits

• First‑year earnings ranging from $76,000 to $92,000, based on experience
• $3,000 Dry Van Transition Bonus paid as $1,000 after orientation, $1,000 at three months, and $1,000 at six months
