About the Role

In this senior leadership position you will champion the voice of specific customer segments within the Consumer Bank, shaping how products and services are introduced and sustained in the market. You will partner with product, analytics, and channel teams to ensure that every initiative aligns with business objectives and delivers measurable improvements in customer experience.

What You'll Do

• Develop segment‑level roadmaps that translate behavioral data and market trends into clear product and messaging strategies.
• Design and execute go‑to‑market plans for new offerings, including positioning frameworks, promotional tactics, and launch timelines.
• Create and manage test‑and‑learn agendas to optimize campaigns, improve conversion rates, and increase customer satisfaction.
• Identify retention levers and lifecycle programs that reduce churn and deepen relationships with target segments.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to align marketing efforts with OKRs, financial targets, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate actionable insights, and adjust tactics in real time to maximize impact.
• Mentor junior marketers and foster a culture of data‑driven decision making within the team.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in segment marketing, product management, or brand strategy within financial services or a comparable consumer‑focused industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer data, segmentation models, and market research to inform strategy.
• Expertise in developing go‑to‑market plans, product positioning, and messaging that resonate with diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated success in driving retention initiatives and improving customer lifecycle value.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of influencing senior leaders and cross‑functional partners.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, test‑and‑learn frameworks, and performance‑based marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, economics, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
• Eligibility to work full time in the United States; this position is based onsite in Westerville, Franklin County.
