HHS is hiring an Assistant Director of Environmental Services for our Jacksonville, Cherokee County facility. About the Role
As Assistant Director of Environmental Services, you'll share responsibility for directing sanitation and housekeeping operations across our organization. You'll work directly with the Environmental Services Director while independently managing team performance, quality standards, and operational priorities that impact facility health and safety.

- Lead, train, and develop environmental services team members; manage work assignments, schedules, and performance expectations
- Conduct daily inspections and assessments of facility cleanliness, maintenance standards, and compliance with health and safety regulations

- Coach and counsel team members on performance improvement, professional development, and workplace conduct
