JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. is seeking a Part Time Associate Banker to join our Irmo Branch in Columbia, South Carolina. This is a 20-hour weekly position serving customers in the Market area of Richland County, where you'll deliver exceptional banking services and build lasting client relationships.
About the Role
As a Part Time Associate Banker at our Irmo location, you'll be the welcoming face of Chase to our community. You'll combine genuine hospitality with professional banking expertise, ensuring every customer interaction reflects our commitment to service excellence. Working 20 hours per week, you'll manage client needs with integrity and help grow our customer base through attentive, personalized service.
What You'll Do
- Greet customers with professionalism and warmth, understanding their financial goals and concerns
- Open new checking and savings accounts, manage account maintenance, and process routine transactions
- Educate clients about Chase products and services tailored to their needs
- Assist with deposit and withdrawal transactions, loan inquiries, and customer service requests
- Maintain accurate records and follow all regulatory and operational guidelines
- Support the Irmo Branch team with cash handling, branch operations, and customer follow-up
- Help identify opportunities to deepen customer relationships and expand service offerings

- Prior customer service or banking experience preferred
