About the Role

As Senior Workplace Investigator in our Hartford office, you'll lead investigations into workplace misconduct, harassment, discrimination, and policy violations. You'll serve as a trusted resource for employees and management, gathering facts, conducting interviews, and providing clear, actionable findings to support fair and compliant workplace practices.

What You'll Do

• Conduct impartial investigations into workplace complaints, including harassment, discrimination, and conduct violations
• Interview witnesses and involved parties, documenting accounts accurately and sensitively
• Gather, organize, and preserve evidence while maintaining proper chain of custody
• Review company policies, employment records, and relevant documentation
• Prepare detailed investigative reports with findings and recommendations
• Communicate investigation status and outcomes to appropriate stakeholders
• Ensure confidentiality and protect the integrity of the investigative process
• Maintain familiarity with employment law and regulatory requirements
