About the Role
As an OTR company driver, you'll haul dry van freight across the United States in a solo or team capacity. This is independent work that demands professional judgment, safety focus, and reliability—ideal for drivers who take pride in their performance and want the financial rewards that match their effort.
What You'll Do
- Operate a Class A CDL truck hauling dry van loads across US routes, averaging 2,000 miles weekly for solo drivers
- Execute pre- and post-trip inspections and comply with DOT and FMCSA safety standards
- Maintain accurate logbooks and manage hours-of-service documentation
- Coordinate with dispatch to optimize routes and meet delivery commitments
- Communicate professionally with customers, offices, and team members
What We're Looking For
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Minimum 1–5 months of verifiable OTR or commercial trucking experience
- Ability to pass background checks and DOT medical clearance
- Commitment to safety and professional standards
- Comfort with extended time away from home (typical 12 days out, 2 days home schedule)
Compensation
We pay for experience. Solo drivers earn 54–60 cents per mile with a guaranteed weekly minimum of $1,200 and a $2,000 sign-on bonus. Top performers in our fleet earn $1,725 or more weekly. Team driver positions are also available with $5,000 sign-on bonuses (split) and potential for 5,000+ miles per week.
