BriteLife Recovery is hiring a Vice President / Senior Director of Human Resources to lead HR strategy and operations from our Englewood Cliffs, Bergen County headquarters. This full-time position reports to the Chief Operating Officer and oversees human resources services across our entire organization.
About the Role
As Vice President / Senior Director of Human Resources at BriteLife Recovery, you'll direct centralized HR operations serving the full enterprise. This senior leadership role combines strategic HR planning, team management, and hands-on expertise to strengthen our organizational culture and support business growth.
What You'll Do
- Lead centralized human resources operations across all BriteLife Recovery departments and divisions
- Develop and execute strategic HR initiatives aligned with enterprise-wide business objectives
- Build and manage a high-performing human resources team
- Drive talent acquisition, recruitment strategy, and employee retention programs
- Oversee compensation, benefits administration, and employee relations
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations
- Foster workplace culture and implement employee engagement initiatives organization-wide
- Lead performance management systems and professional development programs
- Partner with the Chief Operating Officer and executive team on HR strategy
