Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist

LifeStance Health is seeking a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist to join our team in Marengo, McHenry County. In this full-time role, you'll provide compassionate, evidence-based mental healthcare to patients seeking to improve their overall wellbeing in a setting where mental and physical health are integrated and accessible.

About the Role

As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist with LifeStance Health, you'll work directly with patients to assess their mental health needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions in our Marengo location. You'll be part of a collaborative care team that believes mental health is fundamental to every person's long-term health and quality of life.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and establish individualized treatment goals with each patient
• Deliver evidence-based therapy including individual, group, and family sessions
• Maintain detailed clinical documentation and treatment progress notes
• Collaborate with physicians, psychiatrists, and other healthcare providers to coordinate integrated care
• Educate patients about mental health conditions and coping strategies
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed

What We're Looking For

• Valid state license to practice as a Clinical Mental Health Therapist
• Master's degree in counseling, clinical psychology, social work, or related mental health field
• Demonstrated experience providing direct patient care in a clinical setting
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations
• Commitment to patient-centered care and professional development
