About the Role
We're seeking Class A CDL holders with one to five months of professional driving experience for our over-the-road dry van fleet. Whether you prefer solo driving or team driving, we have positions that align with your goals and driving style. You'll operate modern equipment on routes throughout the U.S., with the ability to choose home time that works for you.
What You'll Do
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles transporting dry van freight across the country
- Execute routes efficiently while meeting delivery commitments and deadlines
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs
- Maintain compliance with DOT regulations, hours-of-service requirements, and company safety standards
- Communicate with dispatch and professional partners at each delivery location
- Keep equipment in excellent condition to ensure reliable performance on the road
What We're Looking For
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- 1 to 5 months of verifiable over-the-road driving experience
- Clean safety record and commitment to DOT compliance
- Reliability, professional judgment, and strong work ethic
- Ability to manage time independently and meet performance expectations
Compensation
We reward experience and performance with industry-leading pay:
- Solo drivers: 57–64 cents per mile based on experience, averaging 2,000 miles per week with a $4,000 sign-on bonus
- Team drivers: 72–80 cents per mile (split), averaging 5,000 miles per week with a $5,000 sign-on bonus
- Top 20% of our OTR drivers earn up to $1,600 weekly
- Home time flexibility you control
