Nfm & J Lp is hiring a Janitorial Area Manager for a full-time leadership position in Tampa, Hillsborough County. In this role, you'll oversee facilities maintenance and janitorial operations across multiple client locations, manage high-performing teams, and deliver the best-in-class service that defines our company and strengthens client relationships.

About the Role

As Janitorial Area Manager for Nfm & J Lp, you'll direct day-to-day janitorial and maintenance operations throughout the Tampa area, serving a diverse portfolio of clients in healthcare, education, logistics, finance, commercial, and industrial sectors. Your leadership will ensure operational consistency, quality standards, and client satisfaction across your assigned territory while building a strong, motivated team.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and lead janitorial and maintenance staff across multiple client locations
• Monitor daily operations and quality standards to ensure consistent, professional service delivery
• Conduct facility inspections, document performance metrics, and implement quality improvements
• Plan and manage staff scheduling, training, and professional development programs
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding service, feedback, and special requirements
• Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols, cleaning standards, and industry regulations
• Identify operational efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities
• Track performance metrics, maintain records, and report on operational results
