West Regional Director – ASC, Anesthesia

Fortive is hiring a West Regional Director – ASC, Anesthesia based in Minneapolis, Hennepin County. This full-time leadership position directs commercial strategy and sales operations for the Ambulatory Surgery Center anesthesia market across the western region.

About the Role

As West Regional Director, you'll lead commercial expansion and account growth within the ASC anesthesia segment. This role combines strategic business development with hands-on account leadership, requiring both deep healthcare sector expertise and consultative sales capability. You'll work to establish market presence, build long-term customer relationships, and drive meaningful revenue growth in one of healthcare's fastest-growing surgical settings.

Core Duties

• Develop and execute regional sales strategy targeting Ambulatory Surgery Centers and critical anesthesia stakeholders
• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities using consultative selling methods and partnership-building approaches
• Manage key accounts and lead account teams in pipeline development and customer expansion efforts
• Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and ASC operational changes to identify growth opportunities
• Build and strengthen relationships with facility administrators, clinicians, procurement professionals, and supply chain decision-makers
• Develop regional forecasts, monitor sales performance metrics, and ensure achievement of revenue targets
• Represent Fortive at industry events and participate in strategic account planning initiatives

What You Bring

• Established track record in healthcare sales, ideally with ASC, anesthesia products, or related medical device or service markets
• Demonstrated success managing regional teams, key accounts, or large territories in a consultative sales model
• In-depth knowledge of Ambulatory Surgery Center operations, economics, purchasing processes, and clinical workflows
• Strong executive presence and ability to communicate effectively with C-suite, clinical, and operational stakeholders
• Proven ability to build market share, identify new opportunities, and close complex, relationship-driven sales
• Comfortable with CRM platforms, sales forecasting tools, and data-driven decision-making
• Willingness to travel within the region as needed to support customer and team development
