About the Role
Join our client's manufacturing team as an Operation Helper and become integral to their injection mold production operations. This full-time position offers stability and the chance to grow your skills in a collaborative environment where your attention to detail and safety mindset directly impact production success.
What You'll Do
- Support injection mold machine operations including setup, startup, and shutdown procedures
- Load raw materials and remove finished parts according to production schedules and specifications
- Monitor machine performance and alert supervisors to any abnormalities or equipment issues
- Conduct basic quality inspections and sort parts to ensure they meet standards
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and organize work areas to support safe operations
- Assist with routine maintenance tasks and equipment adjustments as directed
- Ensure compliance with all facility safety protocols and wear appropriate protective equipment
- Meet or exceed daily production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards
