What You'll Do
- Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches

- Assess client progress and adjust therapeutic strategies as appropriate
- Maintain thorough, timely clinical documentation and records in compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with physicians, care coordinators, and other clinical team members to support holistic patient care

What We're Looking For
- Active, current Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license
- Master's degree in marriage and family therapy, counseling, clinical social work, or related mental health field

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
