LifeStance Health is hiring a Licensed Clinical Therapist (LPC/LISW-CP/LMFT) in Irmo, Richland County for a full-time position. About the Role
We're seeking a licensed clinical therapist to deliver evidence-based outpatient mental health services in our Irmo office. You'll work as part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with physicians and care coordinators to provide integrated treatment within a supportive practice environment.
What You'll Do
- Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients across the lifespan
- Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities
- Document clinical notes, progress updates, and treatment outcomes in compliance with standards
- Partner with primary care physicians and psychiatrists to coordinate integrated care
- Evaluate client progress regularly and adjust therapeutic interventions based on outcomes

What We're Looking For
- Active South Carolina license as an LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), LISW-CP (Licensed Independent Social Worker—Clinical Practice), or LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist)
