About the Role

As Medical Biller and Office Manager, you'll oversee the financial and operational backbone of our practice. You'll manage the complete billing cycle, from insurance verification to claim submission and follow-up, while ensuring accurate patient records, timely scheduling, and compliant office operations that reflect our commitment to patient care.

What You'll Do

• Process medical claims and patient invoices with precision, ensuring timely submission to insurance carriers and patient accounts
• Verify patient insurance eligibility and coverage requirements prior to service delivery
• Follow up on denied or outstanding claims and work toward resolution with payers
• Manage patient billing inquiries and payment collections while maintaining a patient-first approach
• Coordinate patient scheduling, appointment confirmations, and intake workflows
• Maintain organized, accurate, and confidential patient medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Handle day-to-day office administration including correspondence, phone management, and vendor coordination
• Prepare financial reports and practice analytics to support management decision-making
• Identify process improvements to enhance office efficiency and billing accuracy

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in medical billing, coding, or related healthcare administration
• Strong proficiency with medical billing software, electronic health records (EHR), and standard office systems
• Solid understanding of insurance claim processes, ICD and CPT coding, and healthcare compliance
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
• Professional communication abilities and strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with clinical and administrative teams
