Account Executive – Community Hospice

Community Health Network seeks a full-time Account Executive for its Community Hospice team, based in Fishers, Hamilton County. This role is central to our mission of connecting patients and families with compassionate, expert end-of-life care in our service region.

The Opportunity

As an Account Executive for Community Hospice, you'll drive referral development and business growth while upholding the values that have guided Community Health Network for over six decades. You'll build lasting relationships with healthcare providers, social workers, discharge planners, and community partners who refer patients to our hospice services. Your work directly expands access to dignified, person-centered care for families navigating one of life's most difficult chapters.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain referral partnerships with hospitals, physician practices, long-term care facilities, and community organizations across the service region
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets through new account acquisition and relationship deepening
• Educate healthcare professionals and community stakeholders about Community Hospice services, clinical expertise, and care philosophy
• Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient admissions and family onboarding
• Prepare and deliver presentations, attend networking events, and represent Community Health Network at professional conferences
• Track sales activity, maintain accurate records in our CRM system, and report performance metrics to management

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of sales experience, ideally in healthcare, hospice, home health, or a related field
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and closing accounts
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build trust and manage complex relationships in a regulated healthcare environment
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for in-person visits throughout Hamilton County and surrounding areas
• Proficiency with CRM software and standard business technology
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
