Director of Activations

Educational Media Foundation seeks a full-time Director of Activations to join our team in Franklin, Williamson County and lead innovative outreach and engagement initiatives that advance our faith-based mission. This is a ministry opportunity for a strategic leader to drive growth and connection across our audience and community.

About the Role

The Director of Activations leads the development and execution of campaigns, events, and programs that activate and engage our audience. You'll oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of multi-channel initiatives that align with our organizational values and reach the people we serve. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on leadership to create meaningful connections and measurable outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement activation campaigns and community outreach programs that deepen audience connection
• Manage the complete lifecycle of events and initiatives from concept through execution and evaluation
• Build and maintain partnerships with community organizations and stakeholders aligned with our mission
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact activations across multiple platforms and channels
• Develop metrics and reporting systems to assess program effectiveness and audience engagement
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure activations advance organizational mission and strategic goals
• Identify emerging opportunities for audience growth and meaningful faith-based connection

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated leadership experience managing projects, teams, or initiatives from concept to completion
• Strong track record successfully planning and executing events, campaigns, or major programs
• Strategic mindset combined with excellent execution, detail orientation, and follow-through
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with ability to inspire and motivate others
• Collaborative approach to working across departments and building external partnerships
