About the Role
As an Occupational Therapist with FOX Rehabilitation in Kenwood, OH, you'll provide personalized, in-person therapy to seniors wherever they call home, whether that's a private residence or a Senior Living Community. Your work will center on helping each patient regain mobility, build independence, and enhance their overall quality of life through individualized, hands-on treatment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver tailored, one-on-one occupational therapy to older adults in their homes and within Senior Living Communities throughout the Kenwood, OH area.
- Design and carry out individualized care plans aimed at improving mobility, daily function, and self-sufficiency.
- Support patients in achieving greater independence and a richer quality of life.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment approaches to meet evolving needs.
- Collaborate with the FOX Rehabilitation team to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
Qualifications
- A current, valid license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in Ohio.
