Fox Rehabilitation is hiring a part-time Physical Therapist Assistant in Burlington, NC to join our growing team and deliver direct patient care in a senior living community. About the Role

As a Physical Therapist Assistant with Fox Rehabilitation in Alamance County, you'll work directly with senior living residents, implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. This is a hands-on position where your clinical skills and compassion translate directly into improved mobility, strength, and independence for your patients.

What You'll Do

• Execute individualized physical therapy treatment plans for senior living community residents
• Guide and instruct patients through therapeutic exercises and functional mobility activities
• Monitor patient response to treatment and document progress accurately
• Communicate with supervising Physical Therapists regarding treatment outcomes and patient feedback
• Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and functional positioning techniques
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support resident goals and safety

What We're Looking For

• Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in North Carolina
• Genuine passion for working with and supporting older adult populations
• Strong patient instruction and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to follow clinical protocols and work collaboratively with supervising therapists
• Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented approach to documentation and patient care
