Join 5th HQ as a Night Shift Packaging Operator in Davie, Broward County, Florida. We're hiring experienced operators to manage our packaging line during evening and overnight hours in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a full-time, stable position for Monday through Friday, 9:30 PM to 5:15 AM.
About the Role
As a packaging operator at 5th HQ, you'll operate and maintain production equipment on our packaging line during night shifts. Working in a structured manufacturing facility, you'll ensure consistent quality, follow established procedures, and contribute directly to our production success in a professional team environment.
What You'll Do
- Operate packaging equipment and machinery on the production line
- Monitor equipment performance and promptly report issues or malfunctions
- Maintain quality standards throughout the packaging process
- Load, unload, and organize packaged products efficiently
- Work collaboratively to meet daily production targets
- Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance on equipment
- Follow all workplace safety and operational procedures
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience as a packaging operator or in a similar manufacturing role
- Reliable availability for consistent night shift work (9:30 PM–5:15 AM, Monday–Friday)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle materials
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely in a manufacturing environment
