Radiologic Technologist (X-Ray)

Lancesoft INC is seeking a full-time Radiologic Technologist (X-Ray) for our team in Newark, Alameda County. This direct-hire position offers the opportunity to advance your career in diagnostic imaging while providing essential healthcare services to our patients.

About the Role

As a Radiologic Technologist (X-Ray) at Lancesoft INC, you'll operate diagnostic X-ray equipment and work collaboratively with physicians and clinical staff to deliver high-quality radiographic services. This full-time position includes a flexible schedule with evening and weekend availability.

What You'll Do

• Operate X-ray equipment to capture diagnostic images following established protocols and physician orders
• Position and drape patients to optimize image quality while ensuring their safety and comfort
• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation
• Adhere to radiation safety standards and protective measures
• Communicate effectively with patients and clinical team members
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and quality assurance checks

What We're Looking For

• Active Radiologic Technologist license or certification (ARRT or equivalent)
• Current state licensure for radiologic technology
• Strong knowledge of radiation safety and OSHA compliance
• Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekend call shifts
• Detail-oriented approach to documentation and safety protocols

Schedule

This is a full-time position with flexible availability required. The schedule includes evening shifts (4:30 p.m.–11 p.m.), weekend call rotation (approximately every six weeks), and occasional holiday coverage (1–2 days per year as 24-hour call shifts). A minimum of one evening shift per week is required.
