The Gap is recruiting an Asset Protection Specialist for our retail location in Dublin, Cheshire County. This full-time position brings you into a critical security role where you'll protect our store, team, and customers from loss and risk.

About the Role

As an Asset Protection Specialist at The Gap, you'll work in a high-traffic retail environment where loss prevention and proactive security are essential. You'll be authorized to conduct investigations and make apprehensions when necessary. You'll wear a uniform and body camera while maintaining a visible, reassuring presence on the sales floor—a presence that deters theft and helps create a safe shopping experience.

What You'll Do

• Maintain a confident, visible presence throughout the store to deter theft and loss
• Investigate suspicious behavior and conduct loss prevention initiatives
• Execute lawful apprehensions within company policy when necessary
• Monitor high-risk areas and implement theft prevention strategies
• Collaborate with store management and the security team on safety protocols
• Protect merchandise, team members, and the customer experience
