About the Role

This full-time position focuses on guiding employers through retirement plan conversions and establishing new business relationships. You'll serve as the key point of contact managing plan transitions from inception through implementation, ensuring smooth transfers, compliance with regulatory requirements, and successful plan launches. This role combines technical expertise with client service excellence to expand our retirement plan advisory practice.

What You'll Do

• Oversee retirement plan conversion projects, coordinating all phases of transition from initial assessment through final implementation
• Manage the complete onboarding process for new plan clients, ensuring accurate data transfer and system setup
• Develop and nurture relationships with plan sponsors, third-party administrators, and service providers to support successful plan transfers
• Identify opportunities for new business growth through prospect research and relationship development
• Ensure all transition activities comply with Department of Labor regulations, IRS requirements, and company policies
• Communicate project timelines, deliverables, and status updates to clients and internal stakeholders
• Troubleshoot transition challenges and implement solutions to maintain project momentum

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing retirement plan conversions and client onboarding processes
• Strong understanding of retirement plan administration, regulations, and best practices
• Excellent client relationship and project management skills
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly to diverse audiences
• Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational and follow-through capabilities
• Experience in new business development or account management preferred
• Proficiency with retirement plan systems and administrative software
