What You'll Do
- Lead and manage Epic Willow pharmacy system implementations, configurations, and upgrades for health systems and hospital networks
- Translate pharmacy business requirements into optimized Epic Willow workflows, ensuring compliance with clinical best practices and regulatory standards
- Provide technical guidance and training to pharmacy staff on Willow functionality, system navigation, and workflow optimization
- Troubleshoot pharmacy-related system issues, coordinate with Epic support teams, and implement solutions that minimize operational disruption
- Document pharmacy processes, system configurations, and custom builds to ensure successful knowledge transfer and long-term system sustainability
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams including clinical informatics, IT operations, and healthcare leadership to achieve project milestones
- Support go-live activities and post-implementation optimization to maximize Willow adoption and pharmacy department efficiency
What We're Looking For
- Epic Certification in Willow Pharmacy Applications or equivalent hands-on experience with this system
- Demonstrated expertise in pharmacy management systems, hospital pharmacy operations, and medication workflow processes
- Proven track record implementing or supporting healthcare IT systems in complex clinical environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to regulatory compliance and patient safety
