Accenture seeks an Epic Certified Willow Pharmacy Applications Manager to join our team in Culver City, Los Angeles County. This is a full-time, project-based role where you'll drive healthcare transformation by managing pharmacy systems implementation and optimization for leading health systems across the US.

The Opportunity

As an Epic Certified Willow Pharmacy Applications Manager at Accenture, you'll partner with healthcare clients to design, implement, and support comprehensive pharmacy solutions powered by Epic's industry-leading EHR platform. This role combines technical expertise with business acumen—you'll translate complex client requirements into scalable pharmacy workflows while ensuring compliance, data integrity, and clinical safety. Your work directly impacts medication management, patient safety, and operational efficiency at major medical institutions.

Core Duties

• Configure and customize Epic Willow pharmacy modules to align with client workflows, formularies, and compliance standards
• Lead pharmacy application testing, validate functionality, and document system configurations for healthcare organizations
• Collaborate with clinical and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, resolve technical issues, and optimize pharmacy operations
• Support go-live activities, provide post-implementation training, and troubleshoot pharmacy system issues
• Maintain current knowledge of Epic Willow pharmacy features, security protocols, and healthcare regulatory requirements

What You Bring

• Active Epic Certification (Willow Pharmacy or equivalent acute care pharmacy certification required)
• Demonstrated experience implementing or supporting Epic pharmacy systems in hospital or health system environments
• Strong understanding of pharmacy workflows, medication management processes, and HIPAA compliance
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt to fast-paced project environments
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
