Raymond James Financial, Inc. is hiring a full-time Retirement Plan Consultant (Plan Transitions & New Business) in Chisolm, Montgomery County. In this role, you'll manage complex plan conversions for select clients while driving new business development for the firm.

About the Role

This position combines technical expertise in plan transitions with new business development. You'll oversee the complete lifecycle of retirement plan conversions, serving as a trusted advisor and project lead for clients navigating significant changes to their benefit structures.

What You'll Do

• Manage a select group of retirement plan conversions from discovery through post-implementation support
• Analyze client needs and develop customized transition strategies that meet regulatory standards
• Coordinate all aspects of plan conversions, including documentation, timelines, and stakeholder communication
• Develop and qualify new business leads focused on plan transition opportunities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during transitions, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure compliant, seamless execution
• Maintain detailed project records and provide regular updates to leadership and clients
