What You'll Do

• Develop comprehensive pricing strategies that balance market competitiveness with revenue objectives
• Design and implement sales strategies aligned with organizational growth and customer value creation goals
• Analyze market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to support business transformation and strategic execution
• Partner with sales, marketing, and customer teams to ensure strategy alignment and effective deployment
• Leverage data analytics and customer insights to inform strategic recommendations
• Support the development and communication of go-to-market strategies for new initiatives

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in pricing strategy, sales strategy, or business strategy roles
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategy
• Proven experience developing and executing commercial strategies that drive business growth
• Deep understanding of pricing methodologies, sales models, and revenue optimization
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to influence across organizational levels
• Strategic mindset with demonstrated ability to balance customer needs with commercial objectives
• Familiarity with business transformation, customer experience, or strategic consulting is a plus
