About the Role

As National Director of External Expert Engagement for Hematology, you'll lead the development and execution of comprehensive annual strategies to strengthen relationships with medical experts and key stakeholders. Working from your home office, you'll oversee initiatives that connect Marketing, Medical Affairs, and General Management teams, ensuring coordinated, high-impact engagement across all hematology brands.

What You'll Do

  • Design and implement strategic annual plans for engaging medical experts in hematology, aligned with business objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with key medical opinion leaders, academic institutions, and clinical advisors
  • Coordinate cross-functional engagement efforts between Marketing, Medical Affairs, and General Management
  • Oversee execution of engagement programs across the national hematology portfolio
  • Develop engagement frameworks that ensure regulatory compliance and ethical standards
  • Monitor outcomes and adjust strategies to maximize stakeholder value and impact
  • Serve as primary liaison between internal teams and external medical experts
  • Lead performance tracking and reporting on engagement initiatives
