What You'll Do
- Operate a commercial tractor-trailer unit safely and legally across multi-state routes
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain detailed logbooks
- Meet delivery deadlines and customer requirements while adhering to DOT regulations
- Communicate with dispatchers regarding load status, delays, and route updates
- Maintain a professional safety record and follow company safety protocols
- For team drivers: coordinate with your driving partner on rest periods and scheduling
What We're Looking For
- Current Class A CDL with a clean driving record
- 1–5 months of professional trucking experience
- Ability to pass medical certification and background screening
- Strong mechanical knowledge and vehicle maintenance familiarity
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Compensation
- Competitive pay starting at 57–64¢ per mile, based on experience
- Solo drivers: averaging 2,000 miles per week, plus $4,000 sign-on bonus
- Team drivers: $5,000 sign-on bonus (split), averaging 5,000 miles per week at $0.72–$0.80 per mile (split)
