New partners receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus to support your transition.
What You'll Do
- Execute over-the-road hauls connecting regional and national freight lanes
- Maintain full responsibility for equipment operation and compliance with DOT regulations
- Use dispatch technology and logistics software to optimize routes and manage load assignments
- Deliver freight safely and on schedule while maintaining professional customer relationships
- Monitor fuel efficiency, vehicle maintenance schedules, and regulatory documentation
What We're Looking For
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A) in good standing
- Minimum six months of owner operator or professional truck driving experience
- Clean driving record and current DOT medical certification
- Your own well-maintained tractor ready for immediate deployment
- Strong time-management skills and commitment to on-time delivery
