About the Role

As an owner operator with UACL Logistics, you'll run your own operation while benefiting from our dispatch infrastructure, fuel programs, and broker relationships. We're actively recruiting owner operators to meet strong freight demand across our regional lanes as we expand our operations.

What You'll Do

• Haul loads on assigned regional routes, managing your own schedule and logistics
• Coordinate directly with UACL dispatch for load assignments and freight updates
• Maintain your truck and equipment to our operational standards
• Build long-term relationships with UACL and shippers through reliable service
• Manage fuel, tolls, and operational expenses as an independent operator

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 6 months of owner operator or CDL driving experience
• Valid CDL with a clean driving record
• Your own truck (tractor) suitable for regional operations
• Reliability and professional communication with dispatch and customers
• Willingness to operate across our regional service area
