Truck Driver Company – 1-5mo EXP Required – OTR – Dry Van – $1.5k per week – U.S. Xpress – OTR

U.S. Xpress is hiring experienced over-the-road truck drivers for full-time, dedicated OTR positions based out of Garden, Weld County. If you hold a valid CDL-A and have 1–5 months of professional driving experience, we want to talk with you about joining our fleet and earning premium pay with predictable home time.

About the Role

As an OTR truck driver with U.S. Xpress, you'll operate solo dry van freight across established routes, averaging around 2,000 miles weekly. Our dispatch team prioritizes freight that requires no manual handling, so you'll spend your time driving, not loading. Your schedule follows a proven rhythm: 28 consecutive days on the road, followed by 5 days at home—a balance that keeps you earning steady miles while maintaining real time with family.

What You'll Do

• Operate a tractor-trailer transporting non-touch freight across the continental United States
• Follow planned, consistent route assignments that minimize surprises and downtime
• Maintain safety and compliance with all DOT regulations and company policies
• Report to dispatch and manage administrative duties through modern driver tools

What We're Looking For

• Current CDL-A with a clean driving record
• 1–5 months of verifiable OTR driving experience
• Ability to commit to 28-day road cycles
• Responsibility, professionalism, and a strong safety mindset

Compensation and Benefits

We pay 52–56 cents per mile based on your experience and performance. Top-performing drivers in our fleet earn $1,500 per week or more. You'll receive a $2,000 sign-on bonus, paid vacation days, performance incentives, and the reliability of predictable scheduling that lets you plan your life around your paycheck.
