About the Role

As a Senior Manager in Customer Tax Operations and Reporting at EY, you'll lead strategy and execution across complex tax compliance, reporting, and operations functions. What We're Looking For

• Proven track record leading tax operations, compliance reporting, or related functions within financial services
• Strong knowledge of tax regulations, reporting standards, and operations best practices
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop teams in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Advanced degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent credential strongly preferred
• Experience with enterprise tax technology platforms and automation preferred
