EY is hiring a Supply Chain Planning Manager to lead SAP-based planning and forecasting transformation initiatives. This is a full-time consulting role based in Capitol, Richmond, where you'll partner with enterprise clients to optimize their supply chain operations through Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Demand-Driven Supply Chain technologies.
About the Role
As a Manager in our Supply Chain Consulting practice, you'll drive the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP supply chain solutions for Fortune 500 and mid-market enterprises. You'll manage end-to-end engagements focused on demand planning, production planning, and supply optimization, translating complex business requirements into scalable SAP configurations.
What You'll Do
- Lead SAP IBP and demand-driven planning implementations for Fortune 500 organizations across multiple industries
- Design and architect Predictive Planning and Demand Sensing (PPDS) solutions that align demand forecasting with supply chain execution
- Manage cross-functional project teams, including client stakeholders, SAP technical resources, and delivery partners
- Develop business cases, process models, and change management strategies for supply chain transformation
- Conduct stakeholder workshops to define supply chain strategy and identify optimization opportunities
- Oversee configuration, testing, training, and go-live support for SAP planning modules
- Drive continuous improvement by establishing KPIs and leading post-implementation reviews
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of supply chain planning experience, with 4+ years in SAP consulting or implementation roles
- Deep expertise in SAP IBP, Demand Planning, Production Planning, or related SAP supply chain modules
- Hands-on experience with PPDS or demand-driven supply chain methodologies
- Proven ability to manage consulting engagements and deliver results against client commitments
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate supply chain strategy into technical solutions
- Excellent communication skills and experience presenting to C-level executives
- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
