About the Role
As a Production Support Specialist at Nestlé, you'll be essential to our operational excellence, ensuring production systems and infrastructure run reliably and efficiently. Your work directly enables us to meet consumer demand and uphold the trusted quality our brands are known for, from DiGiorno to Toll House to Coffee-mate.
What You'll Do
- Monitor production systems, infrastructure, and equipment to identify and prevent issues before they impact operations
- Respond to alerts and incidents with urgency, troubleshooting problems to restore service and minimize downtime
- Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to resolve complex technical and operational challenges
- Document incidents, solutions, and process improvements to build knowledge and prevent recurring issues
- Support continuous improvement initiatives that drive production efficiency and system reliability
- Maintain accurate records and reports on system performance, uptime, and support activities

- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose root causes under pressure
- Hands-on experience monitoring and supporting production systems or operational infrastructure
