About the Role
As FIFA Payroll Liaison, you'll be the critical link between FIFA event requirements and Rockforce's payroll execution. You'll oversee payroll compliance, coordinate with multiple departments, and ensure every team member involved in FIFA events receives accurate payment on schedule.
What You'll Do
- Process and verify payroll for event workers, ensuring FIFA compliance standards are met
- Coordinate between FIFA stakeholders and Rockforce payroll systems to resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate workforce records and documentation for all FIFA-related positions
- Communicate payroll timelines and updates to event teams and personnel
- Ensure payroll submissions meet FIFA's regulatory and contractual requirements
- Support end-of-event payroll closeout and final reconciliation
- Troubleshoot payment issues and track resolution with relevant departments
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in payroll administration or payroll coordination
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple payroll cycles simultaneously
- Experience working with event, sports, or temporary workforce environments preferred
- Proficiency with payroll software and spreadsheet applications
- Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to work under deadline pressure during event periods
- Knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations and tax compliance
