About the Role
As a Field Adjuster with CCMS & Associates, you'll conduct on-site inspections and detailed assessments of residential and commercial properties to evaluate damage and validate insurance claims. This full-time position is based in Anaheim and combines investigative fieldwork with precise technical documentation.
What You'll Do
- Inspect residential and commercial properties to assess damage and claim legitimacy
- Photograph and document property conditions through detailed notes and sketches
- Estimate repair and replacement costs based on findings
- Interview property owners and stakeholders to gather comprehensive claim information
- Review insurance policies and verify coverage applicability
- Prepare thorough adjustment reports for claims management teams
- Travel throughout Anaheim and Orange County to meet inspection assignments
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on field adjusting experience with residential or commercial properties
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Valid driver's license with reliable access to transportation
- Working knowledge of insurance claims procedures and terminology
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and work independently
