About the Role
As a Senior Technical Sales Specialist in Bioproduction Single Use Devices, you'll represent cutting-edge manufacturing technology that enables biopharmaceutical companies to scale production safely and efficiently. You'll combine deep technical knowledge with consultative selling to help customers select, implement, and optimize single-use systems for their bioprocess applications.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned territories, focusing on bioproduction and biotech customers
- Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers and prospects evaluating single-use systems
- Translate customer bioprocess challenges into tailored single-use device solutions
- Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders in biopharmaceutical manufacturing and operations
- Collaborate with applications engineers and product specialists to support customer success and troubleshooting
- Track market trends in bioprocessing and single-use technology adoption within your region
- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining accurate pipeline and forecasting data
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of technical sales experience in life sciences, bioproduction, or pharmaceutical equipment
- Strong understanding of bioprocess operations and single-use bioreactor systems
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts to executive and operations teams
- Proven track record of closing enterprise-level sales and growing account value over time
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, engineering, business, or related field
- Willingness to travel 25–40% within assigned territory
- Self-motivated, results-oriented approach to customer success and relationship building
