Environment Control Service Group is actively hiring a full-time Conserje Móvil de Reemplazo (Mobile Replacement Custodian) to serve our Tucson and Pima County clients. This evening-shift position offers hands-on custodial work with a company vehicle provided during all working hours.

About the Role

As a Mobile Replacement Custodian, you'll provide critical support to our evening facility maintenance operations. You'll service multiple client locations across Tucson, delivering flexible, responsive cleaning and custodial support. Beginning your shift at 5:00 PM each weekday at our Tucson office, you'll travel to multiple facilities throughout the evening. Your reliability and responsiveness ensure our clients' spaces remain clean and well-maintained.

What You'll Do

• Perform thorough cleaning and custodial maintenance across multiple client locations throughout the Tucson area
• Operate cleaning equipment and supplies while maintaining established facility standards
• Conduct visual inspections and promptly report maintenance issues or facility concerns
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, locations visited, and time spent
• Support operations during evening and night hours with professionalism and focus
• Work independently while demonstrating responsibility and attention to detail

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license and demonstrated reliability (company vehicle is provided during your shifts)
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, beginning at 5:00 PM, with flexible end times based on facility needs
• Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering quality results
• Physical capability to perform custodial tasks including lifting, stooping, and standing for extended periods
• Exceptional attendance and punctuality record
• Comfort working independently during evening hours
