About the Role
This Class A CDL Company Driver position offers the stability and earning potential that professional OTR drivers seek. What You'll Do
- Operate a Class A CDL-equipped dry van over-the-road across U.S. routes
- Handle no-touch freight assignments with consistent, predictable scheduling
- Execute planned routes while maintaining safety and DOT compliance
- Work a 28-days-out/5-days-home rotation with reliable home time between runs
- Communicate with dispatch to ensure efficient delivery and route optimization
What We're Looking For
- Current Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- 1–5 months of verifiable OTR trucking experience
- Clean driving record and DOT compliance
- Commitment to safety, reliability, and professional conduct
- Ability to work the required 28-on/5-off schedule
Compensation & Benefits
Top-performing OTR drivers in our fleet earn approximately $1,500 weekly. Pay is structured at 52–56 cents per mile based on your experience level.
