Nike is hiring a full-time Senior Real Estate & Marketplace Analyst in West Slope, Washington County, to help guide how the brand grows its store network and marketplace presence across North America. About the Role
As a Senior Real Estate & Marketplace Analyst, you will sit within Nike's Store Development team and report to the Director of Real Estate Operations. The position connects real estate planning, business strategy, and performance analysis, giving you direct influence over where and how Nike shows up for consumers. Expect close, cross-functional collaboration with Nike Direct, Marketplace Strategy, Finance, Legal, and Analytics partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze real estate and marketplace opportunities to inform Nike's North American footprint decisions.
- Translate financial, location, and consumer data into clear recommendations for leadership.
- Partner with Nike Direct and Marketplace Strategy teams to align store plans with broader commercial goals.
