As the residential HVAC Lead Installer for Topline Heating & Air, you will own the installation process from start to finish in customers' homes throughout the Rochester area. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and complete residential HVAC system installations, including furnaces, air conditioners, and related equipment
- Guide and support apprentice and helper technicians on each job

- Maintain tools, materials, and the work vehicle in proper condition
Qualifications
- Proven, hands-on experience installing residential HVAC systems

Compensation & Benefits
- Annual earnings ranging from $73,152 to $138,210, based on experience and performance and inclusive of bonuses
- Monthly performance bonuses between $500 and $4,000
