What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a lead-generation strategy with guidance from experienced mentors
- Prospect, qualify, and manage client relationships in the Ocala real estate market
- Prepare and present property listings, comparative market analyses, and client proposals
- Conduct home showings and client consultations
- Support transaction coordination from contract through closing
- Build systems and habits that sustain long-term real estate success
- Participate in team training, market education, and continuous professional development
