Topline Heating & Air is seeking an experienced HVAC Lead Installer for its Enon, Clark County location, serving the Dayton, Ohio area. This full-time position offers the opportunity to lead installation projects, mentor team members, and establish yourself as a skilled leader in heating and cooling systems.
About the Role
As an HVAC Lead Installer at Topline Heating & Air, you'll oversee residential and commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning installation projects from planning through completion. You'll combine hands-on technical expertise with leadership, ensuring every installation meets company standards and customer expectations throughout the Dayton region.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage HVAC installation projects and coordinate job timelines
- Perform complex heating and cooling system installations
- Supervise and mentor technicians and crew members on proper installation techniques
- Ensure all work meets building codes, safety standards, and quality specifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during installation
- Communicate with customers about progress, timelines, and next steps
- Conduct quality inspections and walk-throughs to verify workmanship
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience installing HVAC systems in residential or commercial settings
- Strong leadership and team supervision experience
- Solid knowledge of heating and cooling system design and operation
- Familiarity with installation codes and best practices
- Excellent troubleshooting and technical problem-solving ability
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
Compensation and Benefits
Topline Heating & Air offers competitive pay and a robust benefits package for full-time HVAC Lead Installers. Annual salary ranges from $73,152 to $138,210 based on experience and performance, including performance bonuses of $500 to $4,000 monthly. New hires receive a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Additional benefits include paid drive time, overtime opportunities, medical coverage (starting the first of the month after hire), 401(k) with company match, and paid vacation.
