Topline Heating & Air is hiring an experienced HVAC Lead Installer in Rochester, NY to head up residential heating and cooling installations across Monroe County. If you take pride in clean, code-compliant work and enjoy mentoring others on the job site, this full-time role was built for you.

About the Role

As the residential HVAC Lead Installer for Topline Heating & Air, you will own the installation process from start to finish in customers' homes throughout the Rochester area. This is a hands-on leadership position where craftsmanship, reliability, and a customer-first attitude directly shape your earnings and your reputation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and complete residential HVAC system installations, including furnaces, air conditioners, and related equipment
• Guide and support apprentice and helper technicians on each job
• Ensure every install meets manufacturer specifications and local code requirements
• Deliver a professional, courteous experience in customers' homes
• Maintain tools, materials, and the work vehicle in proper condition

Qualifications

• Proven, hands-on experience installing residential HVAC systems
• Ability to lead a crew and work independently in the field
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working directly with homeowners
• Valid driver's license for travel to job sites across Monroe County

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual earnings ranging from $73,152 to $138,210, based on experience and performance and inclusive of bonuses
• Monthly performance bonuses between $500 and $4,000
