Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who work directly with clients.
- Arrange appropriate support services tailored to each individual's needs and goals.
- Guide care for individuals living with developmental disabilities or mental health challenges.
- Foster safe, welcoming, and person-centered home environments.
- Support clients across individual homes, support programs, and residential settings in and around Winston-Salem, NC.
Qualifications
- Genuine compassion, patience, and commitment to serving vulnerable populations.
- Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or mental health needs is highly valued.
- Ability to manage and mentor Direct Support Professionals effectively.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work on-site in the Hanes, Forsyth County and greater Winston-Salem, NC region.
