About the Role
As an Audit Manager with STI, you will lead risk-based audit engagements across Nashville while partnering closely with internal stakeholders. This is a hybrid position with on-site work expected three days each week, typically Monday through Wednesday, structured as an eight-month engagement. Because of the in-office cadence, applicants must already live in or near the Nashville metro area.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit leadership: Plan, scope, and carry out risk-based audits from kickoff through final report issuance, taking ownership of each engagement's direction.
- Project execution: Coordinate audit timelines, allocate resources effectively, and keep stakeholder expectations aligned throughout every phase.
- Methodology and quality: Confirm that all audit work conforms to recognized professional standards and internal quality benchmarks.
- Reporting: Translate findings into clear, actionable reports that support sound decision-making.
