About the Role

Nussbaum is actively hiring full-time OTR Dry Van Company Drivers to run long-haul freight across the region. This over-the-road position is built for professional drivers who take pride in safe, reliable delivery and want competitive earning potential from their very first year behind the wheel.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a dry van tractor-trailer on over-the-road routes, transporting freight safely and on schedule.
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to keep equipment road-ready.
• Follow all DOT regulations, hours-of-service rules, and company safety standards.
• Maintain accurate logs, paperwork, and timely communication with dispatch.
• Represent Nussbaum professionally with shippers, receivers, and the motoring public.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
• Verifiable over-the-road or dry van driving experience preferred.
• Clean driving record and a commitment to safe, courteous operation.
• Willingness to run OTR schedules and spend extended time on the road.
• Strong work ethic and dependability that align with a faith- and family-centered team.

Compensation

• First-year earnings ranging from $76K to $92K, based on your experience.
• $3,000 Dry Van Transition Bonus, paid in $1,000 installments: after completing orientation, at three months, and at six months.
• Additional insurance and benefits offered as part of the driver package.
