About the Role

As a Youth Respite Provider with Consumer Direct Care Network, you'll deliver short-term, in-person care that gives families across Wisconsin a trusted break while their loved ones receive attentive, individualized support. This position centers on helping each young person experience greater independence and control over the services that shape their daily life.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer respite care and companionship to youth members in the Kronenwetter and Marathon County area.
• Tailor your support to the unique needs, routines, and goals of each individual you serve.
• Encourage independence and personal choice so members stay in charge of their own supports.
• Build a safe, encouraging, and respectful environment during every visit.
• Coordinate with families and the care network to ensure consistent, reliable service.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for helping young people and making a positive difference.
• Patience, dependability, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Comfort providing one-on-one, in-person care within Marathon County (this is not a remote role).
• Availability for full-time work and a commitment to person-centered support.
