About the Role

In this part-time position, you'll provide essential respite care—skilled, reliable supervision and engagement for youth while families receive the support they need. Based in Elk Mound, Dunn County, you'll connect with young individuals and their households to deliver personalized, short-term services.

What You'll Do

• Deliver safe, attentive supervision and care during respite periods
• Support youth with daily living activities, recreation, and constructive engagement
• Work collaboratively with families to understand and meet each youth's individual needs
• Follow personalized care plans and help young people progress toward their goals
• Maintain a secure and welcoming environment, responding appropriately to concerns
• Build positive, trusting relationships with every young person in your care

What We're Looking For

• Genuine patience and commitment to working with young people
• Ability to remain calm and respond effectively in varied situations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
• Willingness to complete required background screening and training
• Availability for part-time work schedule
